While information is the basis of our ability to provide superior service, our most important asset is our clients trust. Keeping client information secure, and using it only as our clients would want us to, is a top priority for us at One On One Computing.

We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our clients share with us.

We will permit only authorised employees, to have access to that information.

We will not reveal client information to any external organisation unless we have previously informed the customer in disclosures or agreements, have been authorised by the client, or are required by law or our regulators.

We will always maintain control over the confidentiality of our client’s information. We may, however, facilitate relevant information from reputable organisations. These organisations are not permitted to retain any client information unless the client has specifically expressed interest in their information, products or services.

Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.

1. What Personal Information does One On One Computing collect?

The types of personal information that One On One Computing records will depend on your usage of our site. If you carry out a transaction online or send us an email, One On One Computing will record information that may differ from the information One On One Computing collects if you simply visit our site.

   If you purchase products or services or apply to use the free trial section, One On One Computing requires you to provide certain details so that we can establish an account and provide you with the product or service.    Each time you visit One On One Computing's web site, anonymous navigation information is collected by our servers. This information includes:

Access

You are entitled under the Privacy Act to access the information an organisation holds about you.  We will need to validate the identity of anyone making an access request, to ensure that we do not provide your information to anyone who does not have the right to that information.

Where a client establishes that the personal information we hold on them is not accurate, complete or up-to-date we will correct our records as necessary.

Access to information about you is your right under the Privacy Act.
